We ship worldwide with Tracking Number.

KHEARTSHOP offers STANDARD SHIPPING for all the orders. We usually ship through e-Packet to the next countries: United States, Canada ,Australia, Britain ,France, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Norway,Germany,Brazil,South Korea ,Malaysia,Singapore, New Zealand,Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria,Hungary ,Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Sweden,Turkey ,Finland, Mexico, Portugal, Ireland and more!

For the other countries we ship through Hong Kong Registered Airmail or China Post Registered Airmail.

Items from South Korea will be shipped out within 5~10 business days once the payment has been cleared. 

Items from Japan and Hong Kong can take +20 business days to be shipped. 

Once items are shipped it can take different timeframes to be delivered depending on your country:

North America: 10~25 business days 
UK, Europe, Australia: 15~35 business days 
Asia: 7~20 business days 
Mexico: 18~25 business days 
Other Countries: +40 business days

Kheart Shop shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Kheart Shop is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

USPS website showed the tracking status as ' Origin is preparing shipment'. When I called to USPS, I have been told that the package is still in origin place. Does it mean that the package has not dispatched?
The status of 'origin is preparing shipment' shown in USPS website actually means that the package has arrived in US inbound. It also means that the local postal service is preparing to dispatch the package and it should arrive at your doorstep shortly Your patience is greatly appreaciated.
